Do you personalize wedding ceremonies?
Absolutely! We want your ceremony to sound like you. We will talk about your relationship, your personalities, the tone you want to set during your ceremony and anything you want or don't want included.
Can you officiate a short and simple ceremony?
Your ceremony doesn't have to be long or elaborate to be meaningful. We can create something short and sweet or something more personalized and story-driven.
Do you handle the marriage license for us?
The Gathering Goose completes the officiant portion of your marriage license and depending on the services you select, return the completed license to the appropriate county office after your ceremony. You will still be responsible for obtaining the marriage license beforehand and requesting any copies after completion.
Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely!!! You can write your own, use traditional vows, repeat vows after me, or do a combination of both! We will talk through what feels most comfortable for you and your partner.
Where are you based and do you travel?
The Gathering Goose is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will happily work throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Have something a little further from the nest? Reach out and we can chat about travel!

We will reach out within 24 hours and get some time on the calendar to make sure we're a good fit and to go over the service or package that makes most sense for your event. Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid.
