The Pacific Madrone package is designed for gatherings that could use a little extra support. From birthdays and bridal showers to engagement parties and corporate events, we will help to organize your plans without you having to watch the clock or lift a finger during your special event.

The Monterey Cypress

The Monterey Cypress package is for couples who have done the planning but don't want to spend their wedding weekend managing it. As your big day approaches, we will step in, learn the ins and outs of your wedding, connect with your vendors, build your timeline, and make sure all those plans make it from the spreadsheet to the party. When wedding day arrives, your only job will be to get married.

Built from the strong foundations of "The Monterey Cypress" package. Some gatherings need support from the roots up. The Coast Redwood package is our most involved level of wedding support, designed for couples who want a partner throughout their wedding planning process. We will help to lead your big day! From coordinating timelines, logistics, rehearsal, setup... we will be there to support your dream wedding. When it's finally time to celebrate, we will make sure everything planned comes to life.

Nope! The Gathering Goose offers coordination for weddings as well as birthdays, showers, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and other events. Our Pacific Madrone package is especially designed for non-wedding events that need an extra set of organized hands.

We will reach out within 24 hours and get some time on the calendar to make sure we're a good fit and to go over the service or package that makes most sense for your event. Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid.

What is the difference between a coordinator and a planner?
We offer event coordinator services. Our coordination services focus on logistics, vendor communication, timelines, setup, execution, and keeping things moving so you and your flock can enjoy the gathering. At this time, we do not offer a complete wedding planning package which may include finding vendors, venues and budgeting services.
When do you get involved in the planning process?
This depends on the package selected. Some events may just need hands-on support for a few hours while wedding coordination involves much more communication and preparation leading up to the day.
Will you communicate with my vendors?
Yes! Vendor communication is part of making sure everyone knows where they need to be, when they need to be there, and what the plan is, The Gathering Goose covers it all.
Will you help with setup and cleanup?
Setup assistance is included depending on your package and event needs. Cleanup responsibilities can vary so we will establish exactly what is needed ahead of time!
